MA Crown is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles. Passengers are encouraged to check the vehicle for personal items before exiting.

MA Crown shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, flight delays, public events, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.
